I write all email and in-app communications from new product launches to promotions to sustain campaigns. I'm responsible for translating strategic briefs into engaging messages that make you want to click “Add to cart.” I've crafted campaigns for eight new product introductions—two of which were in new categories—and have played an integral role in evolving the brand voice to meet new demands for this channel, like scripting the company's first-ever live shopping event.
