Once upon a time, a senior marketing leader needed to reset his soundbar. So where did he go? YouTube. And what did he discover? Zero educational videos from Sonos. 
There were hundreds of helpful system tips and how-to videos on the platform by creators but none from the brand itself. The Brand Creative Team was tasked with giving the YouTube channel a complete overhaul, ensuring that we owned the narrative on the platform, showed up for our owners during their most relevant searches, and positioned ourselves as experts in sound.
We transformed our LA retail space into a dedicated video production studio, allowing us to create monthly educational and short-form video content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. I’ve played a key role in bringing the channel to where it is today, writing 67+ videos while supporting creative direction to ensure all messaging properly translates from the script to the screen.
