At Sonos, I operate at the intersection of brand copy and product marketing, crafting cohesive, user-centered narratives across our website. My role goes beyond writing headlines and body copy. I help build the messaging strategy, collaborate with stakeholders to define the story a page needs to tell, and translate complex audio technology into clear, approachable content. I play a key role in shaping the content hierarchy, thinking through what the user needs to know, when, and why.
I’ve always approached writing from a design-centric point of view. Whether it's clarifying a product benefit or mapping copy to visual elements, I think in terms of the user experience, context, and clarity. Every project is a collaborative effort with designers to concept creative solutions that serve both the user and the business.
